Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Young Bucks Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Services Provided

Young Bucks Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial junk removal

  • Furniture and appliance removal

  • Construction debris removal

  • Yard waste disposal

  • Garage and basement cleanouts

  • Estate cleanouts

3. Scheduling and Estimates

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days

  • Final pricing is determined on-site based on volume, weight, and accessibility

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid cancellation fees

  • Weather conditions may affect scheduled appointments

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

  • Prices include labor, transportation, and disposal fees

  • Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials or difficult access locations

  • Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee

5. Items We Accept and Restrictions

We Accept:

  • Household furniture and appliances

  • Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.)

  • Construction debris and materials

  • Yard waste and organic materials

  • General household junk and clutter

We Do NOT Accept:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)

  • Medical waste or biohazardous materials

  • Radioactive materials

  • Wet paint or paint cans with liquid paint

  • Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders

  • Car batteries or automotive fluids

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be removed

  • Ensure safe and clear access to removal areas

  • Be present during service or designate an authorized representative

  • Clearly identify all items to be removed before work begins

  • Secure or remove valuable items from the work area

  • Inform us of any hazardous conditions or materials

7. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates and scheduling changes

  • Estimate follow-ups

  • Promotional offers (if consented)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications or HELP for assistance.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Liability and Insurance

Young Bucks Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured.

  • We are not responsible for items mistakenly removed if not clearly identified

  • Customer must inspect and approve all items for removal before work begins

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items

  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of services provided

  • Customer assumes responsibility for any items of value not secured prior to service

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 service fee

  • No-shows will be charged a $75 trip fee

  • Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice at no additional charge

  • Weather-related cancellations will not incur fees

10. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices:

  • Items are sorted for recycling whenever possible

  • Usable items are donated when appropriate

  • We follow all local, state, and federal disposal regulations

  • Disposal receipts are available upon request

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties

  • Mediation if direct negotiation fails

  • Binding arbitration as a final resort

All disputes are subject to applicable local jurisdiction laws.

12. Warranty and Guarantees

  • We guarantee professional and courteous service

  • Work areas will be left clean and debris-free

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority

  • Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, SMS consent, and mobile data handling.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
